Role Purpose Statement | We are seeking an accomplished candidate with 4+ years of experience to work in RTR vertical managing InterCompany, Fixed Assets, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Compliance. |
Main Accountabilities | • Managing InterCompany reconciliations, settlements and reporting. • Maintain end to end Fixed Asset (FA) register including CIP tracking and foot notes reporting at month end. • Process Fixed Assets additions, transfers & disposal requests and monitoring the accounting accuracy. • Reconciliations of Bank / Balance sheet Accounts as per the timelines governed by policy. • Complying with Sarbanes Oxley Standards & implement the process improvements whenever required. • Ensure the internal finance controls, procedures in place and in compliance with company policies. • Preparing and updating process documentation and to keep up to date all the time. • Liaising with auditors (Internal and external) and responding to their queries • Responsible for managing RTR KPI Targets as per the defined SLAs. • Identify & implement process improvements to generate process efficiency. |

Technical |
• Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred • Ability to provide high quality level of customer service for end-to-end Accounting & reporting process • Ability to partner with other BBS Team Managers to optimize processes across the SSC • Strong written & oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of Asian or European languages added advantage. • Strong problem solving & organization skills • Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Experience in SAP |
Education & Experience | • Chartered Accountant or CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance, additional certification in US GAAP or IFRS will be an advantage. • 4+ years of work experience in a similar role |
