Role Purpose Statement | Responsible for daily administrative services and support, and complete administrative related affairs. |
Main Accountabilities | - System operation: supplier maintenance, purchase application & receipt, SAP account inquiry and reconciliation, etc. - Employee services: management and settlement of employee commercial insurance, management and settlement of employee cell phone fee and company landline fee, management and settlement of express delivery fee, organization and arrangement of employee medical checkup, management and issuance of labor insurance office supplies, statistics and issuance of internal purchase oil, adoption and issuance of uniforms, procurement and issuance of heat-prevention and cooling items, procurement of fixed assets, etc. - Maintenance of office equipment: maintenance of non-professional equipment in the office building and living building, safety patrol, green plant management, holiday decoration, etc. - Outsourcing service management: shuttle bus management, canteen management, plant greening management, cleaning management, sanitation management, apartment service processing. - Administrative support: attending management meetings and taking minutes, preparing for and attending administrative meetings in China, collecting and organizing monthly reports, support for various training activities, support for marketing customer communication meetings, and administrative support for various activities within the company. - Administrative projects: contract renewal and bidding for administrative related suppliers/service providers, program determination, price comparison and on-site safety supervision for administrative building/living building/janitorial renovation and transformation projects. - Expense management: annual administrative expense forecast, monthly forecast, settlement of various expenses, accounting for utilities, etc. - Management of the administrative team: daily work management of team members and personnel training - Continuous improvement: continuously improve the company's administrative management, optimize resources and processes. - Other work: other temporary work assigned by the leadership. |
Education & Experience | 1. Bachelor degree or above in management related majors. 2. Good communication and coordination, writing and expression skills. 3. English skill: CET-4 or above 4. Have computer operation knowledge and be proficient in using various office-related application software; Master the use of various office equipment. 5. More than 5 years of relevant experiences. |
